A Major new project in partnership with Watkin Jones is well underway.
Central Quay development is a 2.5 million sq ft mixed-use scheme that will include apartments, hotels, offices and leisure offerings.
Work commenced late 2024 and is scheduled to progress to January 2026.

Floor Furnishings applied circa 7000 m2 of Latex smoothing compound, fitted circa 6800 m2 Amtico Spacia and Signature Luxury Vinyl Tiles and circa 1800 m2 Shaw Contract Carpet Tiles over 18 floors of this student accommodation.

Floor Furnishings awarded contract from BECT for supply and fit of 500m2 of carpet, Vinyl Plank and Engineered Oak Parquet to 20 Luxury apartments at Penarth Seafront.
Gramercy Tower, Cardiff
Just completed this 188 buy to let appartment project for Intelle Construction in the heart of Cardiff City centre.
Over 6000m2 of Tremco DPM and Latex applied to all areas, followed by Primer and Latex Screed.
Gerflor Creation LVT fitted throughout all apartments with Carpet Tiles and Nosings throughout the communal areas and stairs.
Amenity space to the first floor laid with Shaw products and Gerflor Powershock rubber tiles to the gym.
